1 - 1 1/2 lbs. lean boneless stew meat or round steak, cut up into sm. chunks
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. Lipton's onion soup mix
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms (opt.)
1 soup can water

Stir all ingredients together in a 2 quart covered baking dish. Bake at 300 degrees for three hours. Serve over rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.
