2 lbs. stew meat
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. red wine

Mix all ingredients. Place in greased, covered casserole dish. Bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours - no peeking. Serve with rice or noodles.
