NO PEEK CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. cubed beef stew meat
1 env. dried onion soup mix
1/2 c. cooking sherry
1 can cream of mushroom soup
12 oz. can of mushrooms, drained

Do not brown the meat, but mix all ingredients together and place in a greased casserole. Cover and bake for 3 hours at 325 degrees. Of course, don't peek until it's done. Serve over noodles or rice. Serves 4.
