NO PEEK CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. stew beef, cut into bite-size pieces
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1/2 c. cooking sherry

Mix all ingredients together in deep casserole, baking dish. Cover tightly with lid and bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours. DO NOT PEEK! Serve over cooked noodles.
