HAM AND GREEN BEAN PIE 
1 1/2 c. cut up fully cooked smoked ham
1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans, rinsed & drained
1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate, 10 1/2" x 1/2". Sprinkle ham, beans, mushrooms and cheese in plate.

Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 40 to 50 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. 6 to 8 servings.
