1 crescent roll dough package
1 lb. meat (sausage, bacon, whatever)
6 to 7 eggs, beaten
Shredded hash browns, thawed
Shredded cheese (as much as you desire)
Any other omelette ingredients (onions, peppers, etc.) may be added as desired

Roll crescent dough flat onto cookie sheet so it reaches edges of sheet. Spread out meat. Pour eggs evenly over that. Sprinkle hash browns and add other choice ingredients. Sprinkle cheese on last. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
