SEASONED TURKEY PATTIES 
1 pkg. (about 1 1/4 lbs.) fresh ground turkey
1/3 cup fine dry bread crumbs (flavored or plain)
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 egg (or 2 whites)
1 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce (or Lite Soy Sauce)
1/2 to 3/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. each garlic salt (or garlic powder), and seasoned salt

Mix all ingredients. Form into 4 to 5 patties, each 1/2-inch thick. Broil or grill. Brush with broth, butter or barbecue sauce while cooking, if desired.

Makes 4 to 5 servings.
