SEAFOOD CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. crab meat 1 lb. shrimp 1/2 green pepper, finely chopped 1/2 c. onion, finely chopped 1/2 c. pimento, finely chopped 1/2 c. celery, finely chopped 2 1/2 oz. can sliced mushroom 1 c. mayonnaise 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. milk 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 c. cooked rice (UNCLE BEN'S® long grain) Bread crumbs Mix all ingredients (do not use instant rice). Pour into 2 quart casserole and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8. |
