SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
Partial prepare ahead. Freezes well. Serves 8. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

1 1/2 lbs. shrimp, cooked and peeled
1 lb. crab meat
4 c. cooked rice
2 cans water chestnuts, sliced
1 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. onion, diced
1 c. frozen green peas
3/4 c. slivered almonds
4 oz. sharp cheese, grated
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Toss first 9 ingredients together (saving a few shrimp and small amount of cheese to garnish). Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and seasonings in a small bowl. Toss the two mixtures together very lightly. Garnish. Bake in covered, buttered casserole dish for 25 minutes. Remove cover last 5 minutes to brown.
