CRISPY CHICKEN 
1 heaping tbsp. butter
1 1/2 oz. corn flakes
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. onion powder
Salt & pepper
1 lb. chicken breast and/or legs

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt butter in 13"x9" pan. Crush corn flakes, mix with cheese and spices. Place in gallon bag. Remove skin from chicken. Dip in butter then shake in bag with crumbs. Place chicken back in 13"x9" pan. Bake 30 minutes, turn over, bake 20 more minutes. Should be crispy. 161 calories per serving, 5 gm fat.
