2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. drained crushed pineapple
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. shortening
1 tsp. nutmeg

Mix all ingredients well; drop by teaspoonful onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Sprinkle each cookie with sugar and nutmeg after baking.

Bake at 375°F for 12 to 15 minutes.
