2 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
6 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix ingredients together and roll out. Cut cookies. Place filling on cookie and put a cookie on top and bake.

PINEAPPLE FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. sugar

Thicken with cornstarch dissolved in water.
