TURKEY WILD RICE BAKE 
1 bag (16 oz.) frozen broccoli cuts
2 c. diced cooked turkey
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
3 c. cooked wild rice or white rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 jar (2 oz.) pimento
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. slivered almonds
Salt & pepper
1 can French fried onions

Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain. Place about half in lightly greased 9 x 13 pan. Top with half the turkey and half the cheese. Stir rice, soup, mayonnaise, pimento, almonds, onions and seasonings together. Spoon half over the cheese. Repeat layers, using up all the ingredients. Bake in preheated oven, 350 degrees, for 45 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle with onions. Return to oven and continue baking 3 to 5 minutes or until onions are beginning to brown.
