HAMBURG CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburg
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. green beans or 1 pkg. frozen French cut beans, reserving a little of the brown liquid
1 can cream of mushroom soup
French fried onion rings

Mix hamburg, onion, salt and pepper and roll into 1 inch balls. Brown in skillet. Remove balls and drain fat. Cook green beans, reserving some liquid. Return hamburg, beans and liquid to skillet. Add mushroom soup. Sprinkle 1 can French fried onion rings over the top and heat until hot, 7-10 minutes at 350 degrees.
