4 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 med. baking potatoes, halved lengthwise

Combine first three ingredients. Brush potatoes with mixture. Place cut side down on baking sheet. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 45 minutes. Serves 4.
