ORANGE CAKE 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines orange supreme cake mix
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
1/3 c. oil
Juice of 1 orange plus water to equal 1 c.
4 eggs
1 tbsp. grated orange rind (optional)
4 additional tbsp. orange juice
1/3 c. sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Generously grease and flour a 10-inch bundt pan. Combine cake mix, pudding mix, 1/3 cup oil, 1 cup juice, water and eggs in large bowl. Mix at medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in rind. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, cake is done when a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool for 25 minutes, then invert onto cooling rack.

GLAZE:

In a small saucepan, bring 4 tablespoons orange juice and 1/3 cup sugar to boil. Simmer 3 minutes. Paint over warm cake to glaze.
