LEMON JELLO SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 pkg. marshmallows (mini or regular)
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Make Jell-O according to package directions; let set. Whisk. Add can of crushed pineapple and marshmallows. Whip the cream. Add to Jell-O mixture. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
