SAUSALITO SHRIMP 
This dish can be used as an appetizer or main course. Figure 4 shrimp and 1 slice of toast for 1 appetizer.

One appetizer serving:

4 cooked shrimp - without shells
1 slice of toast
Worcestershire sauce - as needed
1 sm. clove of garlic, chopped fine
butter (approximately 1-2 tbsp.)
Dried rosemary

1. Place shrimp in bowl. Sprinkle with rosemary and cover with Worcestershire sauce. Let sit for 15-30 minutes.

2. Saute garlic in butter over low heat in a frying pan.

3. Add shrimp and sauce. Heat until warm.

4. Pour shrimp and sauce over toast. Serve warm.
