DENVER SCRAMBLE 
4 eggs
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. minced cooked ham
1 tsp. instant minced onions
1 tsp. chopped pimento
1 tsp. chopped green peppers
1/8 tsp. salt
1 sm. tomato (chopped)
4 to 6 slices toast

Combine first 3 ingredients in a 1 1/2 quart microwave casserole; blend well.

Stir in ham, onion, pimento, green pepper and salt. Cook on High 5-6 minutes or until mixture sets, stirring every 2 minutes during cooking time.

Stir in tomato. Cook covered on High for 1 minute. Let stand 2 minutes. Recipe can be doubled and cooked in 2 quart casserole. Double cooking time.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
