HEALTHY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. chicken breast (cooked, diced)
8 oz. fat free sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. Ritz wheat crackers (1 sleeve)
1/4 c. butter

Spread chicken pieces over bottom of 9 x 13 baking dish. Mix sour cream and soup; spread over chicken. Crumble crackers and spread over cream and soup mixture. Melt 1/4 cup butter and celery seeds, or poppy seeds. Pour over casserole. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 375 degrees.
