HAWAIIAN DELIGHT BARS 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. flake coconut
1 tbsp. butter, melted

Combine 1st 3 ingredients until particles are fine. Pat into ungreased 9x9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 14-19 minutes.

Mix together the cream cheese, 2 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons milk and egg. Fold in vanilla and crushed pineapple. Spread over crust.

Combine the coconut and melted butter for the top. Sprinkle topping over cream cheese filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until coconut is toasted and filling is set.
