1 1/2 c. flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
6 tbsp. cooking oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift flour, cocoa, sugar, soda and salt together. Mix water, vinegar, oil and vanilla together in mixer bowl. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Pour into a greased and floured 12x8x2 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

ICING:

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. cocoa
1/4 c. Milnot

Combine everything except vanilla; mix well and set on heat. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly after it comes to a boil. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and beat for a couple of minutes. Pour over cake.
