OYSTERS ANNAPOLIS 
18 oysters in shell
1 egg yolk
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. pimento, chopped
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1 lb. reg. crabmeat

Open oysters and separate from shell. Cut each one into 4 small pieces and place in the deeper shell. In a medium mixing bowl combine remaining ingredients, except for crabmeat, and mix well.

Add crabmeat and stir gently and thoroughly. To bake top each oyster with about 3 tablespoons of crabmeat mixture. Place shells on a baking pan and bake in oven for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
