12 zwieback crackers, crushed 3 tbsp. sugar 5 tbsp. butter FILLING: 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese 3 eggs 2/3 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla Juice of 1/2 lemon TOPPING: 1/2 pt. sour cream 1/2 c. sugar 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/4 tsp. vanilla Prepare crust; press in spring-form pan. Save some crumbs for topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Blend filling ingredients until smooth. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool 20 minutes. Spread topping on baked filling; sprinkle crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. |
