LEMON POPPY SEED CAKE 
1 bx. yellow cake mix
1 bx. instant lemon pudding mix
1/4 c. poppy seeds
3/4 c. oil
1 c. water
4 eggs

Mix all for 3 minutes. Pour into greased and floured bundt or angel food pan or 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Check doneness with a toothpick.
