DILLED SHRIMP SALAD 
1 pkg. cheese tortellini
1 lb. cooked shrimp
1 sm. can black olives, drained
1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, chopped (with juice)
1 to 2 tbsp. freshly chopped dill
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. red wine salad dressing
1/2 c. celery, minced
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Boil shrimp; peel and devein. Boil tortellini and chill. Mix all ingredients together and chill, then serve.
