LEMON DILL FISH | |
1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel 1 tsp. dill weed 1 lb. fine textured fish fillet (such as haddock, salmon or cod) 1. Heat electric broiler. 2. Mix salad dressing; juice, peeling and dill. 3. Place fish on greased rack of broiler pan, brush with half of salad dressing mixture. 4. Broil 2 to 4 inches from heat for 5 to 8 minutes. 5. Turn brush with remaining salad dressing mixture. 6. Continue broiling 5 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Variation: Substitute Miracle Whip light for regular. Delay brushing salad mixture until last 3 minutes of broiling on each side. Makes 4 servings. |
