LEMON BAKED FISH 
1 lb. fish (scrod or Haddock)
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. minced onions
2 tbsp. bread crumbs
1 tsp. grated cheese

Mix all ingredients together, making a thick paste. Spread on top of fish evenly. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 2-3.
