TWO-CABBAGE SLAW 
1/2 head green cabbage
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 head red cabbage
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. salad oil
2 tbsp. horseradish
1 tsp. celery seed

Shred cabbage thinly. Place in large bowl. In a quart jar, combine remaining ingredients and shake well. Pour over cabbage and toss to mix well. Cover bowl and let stand several hours so the flavors will blend. Serves 6.
