TURKEY BURGERS | |
1 lb. ground turkey 8 saltine crackers, crushed 2 tbsp. ketchup 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tbsp. onion flakes 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. horseradish 1/2 tsp. pepper sauce 4 slices bacon Combine ground turkey with all other ingredients, except bacon. Shape the mixture into 4 patties. Wrap a bacon slice around the outer edge of each pattie. Secure the slice with a toothpick. Broil the patties over preheated charcoal, 3 inches from source of heat, for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until done. 4 burgers. |
