TURKEY MEATLOAF 
1 med. onion, finely chopped, about 1/2 c.
1/4 med. green pepper, chopped, about 1/4 c.
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. ground turkey
2/3 c. uncooked oatmeal
1/3 c. barbecue sauce
2 egg whites, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. ground dried leaf thyme
1/4 tsp. each ground marjoram, pepper, salt

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook onion and green pepper in oil in large skillet until soft, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Form into a loaf about 8 x 4 inches in a 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake until browned and juices run clear, about 50 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes, then slice.
