ORANGE FRUIT SALAD | |
1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained 1 (16 oz.) can sliced pears, drained 1 (16 oz.) can apricot halves, drained 1 can pineapple chunks or tidbits, drained 3 sliced bananas 1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries 1 c. fresh or frozen sliced strawberries 3 tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate 1 jar apricot or fruit dessert baby food Cut peaches, pears, and apricots into bite-size pieces. Put all the fruits in large bowl. Mix orange juice concentrate and baby food apricots or fruit dessert together. Add to fruit and mix. Put in serving bowl and chill several hours. Other fresh fruits can be used. Save "chilling" time by having the canned fruits in the refrigerator overnight. |
