FRUIT TOSS WITH ORANGE PECAN
DRESSING
 
1 med. honeydew, seeded & cut into 1" pieces
1 pt. fresh strawberries, halved
1 pt. fresh blueberries

DRESSING:

1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. orange juice
1/3 c. finely chopped pecans

In a large bowl, layer fruits; toss gently. In a small bowl, combine sour cream, powdered sugar and orange juice; blend well. Stir in pecans. Refrigerate fruit and dressing until serving time. Serve dressing with fruit. Makes 10 (1/2 cups) servings.
