1 c. white sugar
1 c. white corn syrup
1 1/2 c. peanut butter
6 c. Kix cereal

FROSTING:

Melt together:

1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. butterscotch chips

Heat sugar and syrup together in a medium saucepan. Heat until boiling. Add peanut butter. Cool slightly and then add cereal, press into a buttered 9 x 13 pan. Spread on frosting which has been melted in a double boiler over low heat. Cool and cut into bars.
