OPEN CRABMEAT SANDWICH 
1 c. crabmeat
6 slices yellow cheese
Pinch ground rosemary, marjoram and oregano
2 lg. tomatoes
6 slices lg. sandwich bread
4 tbsp. salad dressing
Onion and lemon juice to taste
Mayonnaise

Trim crusts from bread. Add seasoning, onion and lemon juice to crabmeat and enough mayonnaise to moisten. Spread mixture on bread, top with cheese and place over it a thin slice of tomato. Spread each slice with a dab of mayonnaise and sprinkle with scant pinch of oregano. Broil until cheese is melted. Lovely for a luncheon with a crisp salad.
