APRICOT SALAD 
1 box apricot Jello
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 sm. pkg. (sm.) marshmallows
2 c. boiling water

Mix Jello, marshmallows and boiling water. Let cool. Then add pineapple and let stand until firm.

SAUCE FOR TOP:

1 c. pineapple juice
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp. flour

Mix together and cook until thick and set aside to cool.

Then use 1 package Dream Whip beat and add 3 ounce package cream cheese (which has softened at room temperature). When sauce is cool mix Dream Whip and cream cheese to the sauce and spread over top of Jello. Grate cheese and spread over top.
