APRICOT FRUIT SALAD 
1 lg. dish Cool Whip
1 sm. pkg. apricot jello
1 can crushed pineapple
1/4 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
3 tbsp. milk

Bring jello, pineapple and sugar to boil. Let cool until thick. Cream 8 ounces cream cheese with 3 tablespoons milk. Add jello mixture. Mix well, then add Cool Whip. Makes a large bowl. This is delicious!!
