LOBSTER STEW 
3/4 lb. cooked lobster meat
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
dash white pepper
dash nutmeg
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 cups milk
2 cups coffee cream
chopped parsley

Cut lobster meat into 1/2-inch pieces. Add seasonings and lobster meat to butter; heat. Add milk and cream and bring almost to boiling point. Garnish with parsley.

Serves 6.
