RICE STUFFING 
4 c. chicken broth
2 c. long grain rice
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped pepper
2 cans mushrooms

Combine broth, heat to boiling. Stir in rice, reduce heat and cover and simmer 20 minutes. Brown sausage, celery, onion and pepper. Add this mixture and mushrooms to rice and put in a casserole and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees or put in turkey, 12 to 14 pounds.
