ORANGE CAKE 
1 box white cake mix
1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding
1 c. orange juice
1/2 c. oil
1 cap full orange extract (1/2 tsp.)
orange food coloring (mix red and yellow)
4 eggs
pecans

Glaze:

1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. orange juice

Coat heavy bundt pan with

Baker's Joy. Sprinkle pecans on bottom of pan.

Mix remaining ingredients together adding eggs one at a time and beating well after each addition. Pour cake batter in bundt pan. Agitate cake pan to remove air bubbles.

Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.

GLAZE: Boil and simmer glaze ingredients for 5 minutes.

Pour glaze over cake (while still in pan) as soon as the cake is out of the oven. Cool approximately 15 minutes and take cake out of the pan.
