TANDY CAKE 
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. melted butter
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
2 c. flour

ICING:

3 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs until lemon color. Add vanilla, sugar, butter, flour, milk and baking powder. Mix. Place on 11 x 15 inch greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 22 minutes. Spread with peanut butter while hot, then cool completely.

Icing: Mix until smooth and spread on top. Works best if you double the icing recipe and add 1/4 cup more powdered sugar. Icing should not be runny or too stiff, but spreadable with a spatula.
