ALASKA KING CRAB CANAPES 
1 lb. King crab meat, diced
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1 dash black pepper
1 tbsp. lemon juice
12 slices white bread
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. dry bread crumbs

Combine mayonnaise, seasonings, lemon juice and King crab. Remove crusts from bread and toast bread. Spread crab mixture on each slice. Combine cheese and crumbs, sprinkle over top of each slice. Cut in 4 or 6 pieces. Place on broiler pan about 3 inches from heat. Broil for 2 to 3 minutes, or until brown.
