TWELFTH NIGHT CAKE 
2 1/2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. butter
1 3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. Florida orange juice
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp. orange rind
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped black walnuts
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. currants
1 c. blanched almonds

Sift flour, soda, salt, cinnamon together. Cream butter and 1 1/2 cups sugar. Add 1/2 cup orange juice, milk, eggs, orange rind and vanilla. Add flour mixture gradually beating until well mixed. Fold in walnuts, raisins, currants and almonds.

Pour into well greased bundt pan or 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes or test for done. Let cool for 15 minutes in pan. Combine 1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup orange juice, bring to boil. Cool and pour over cake in pan. Remove cake from pan when cool. Cake is better next day.
