TURKEY STUFFING 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing (for 10-12 lb. turkey)
1 lb. pork sausage
1 med. onion
3 stalks celery

Add to the stuffing the pork sausage which has been cooked and crumbled. While cooking the sausage, add onion and celery stalks, both chopped fine.

If needed, add enough chicken broth to get degree of moisture desired. A can of chicken soup can be substituted for the broth.

Stir together and stuff in turkey. (Tastes better stuffed in turkey rather than cooked separately.) Can be made ahead of time, frozen, then stuffed in bird.
