FANCY HASH BROWNS 
1 box Betty Crocker hash browns
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
4 to 8 oz. sour cream

Rehydrate potatoes according to package directions then drain well. Mix all ingredients together in greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
