SHRIMP MOLD 
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese (softened)
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup cold water
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1 (10 oz) can condensed tomato soup
1 lb large shrimp chopped, cooked, peeled
2 stalks celery, minced
2 green onions, minced
2-3 dashes hot sauce
2-3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
Zest of 1 lemon
1-2 rounded tablespoons prepared horseradish

Heat tomato soup in a small saucepan.

In a medium sized bowl, stir the gelatin into cold water; set aside to soften for 3-4 minutes. Mix the hot tomato soup into the dissolved gelatin mixture.

In another medium sized bowl, combine the cream cheese and mayonnaise. Add the soup and gelatin mixture to the cream cheese and mayonnaise mixture.

Add the shrimp, celery and green onions. Season the mixture with lemon zest, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce and prepared horseradish.

Spoon the mixture into a 1-quart mold and refrigerate for at least an hour, preferably overnight. Unmold onto a platter before serving.
