1 box yellow cake mix without pudding
1 stick softened butter
1 egg
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix all to form a ball of dough. Spread on ungreased non-stick jelly roll pan.

Mix and pour on top of above: 3 eggs, beaten 1 lb. powdered sugar

Bake at 325 degrees 35-40 minutes or golden brown and firm. Cool, cut in bars.
