CRISPY PEA SALAD 
1 (11 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1/2 c. chopped crisp bacon
1/2 c. salted cashews
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, cubed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream

Carefully fold all ingredients together. Chill. Yields six servings.
