CRISPY TUNA SALAD | |
2 cans tuna, drained 1 c. minced celery 1 med. onion, chopped fine 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. curry powder 1 pkg. frozen green peas, thawed 3/4 c. mayonnaise 1 can chow mein noodles 1 tsp. soy sauce Combine all ingredients except chow mein noodles the night before serving. Add noodles just before serving time. Serve with lettuce leaves and tomato wedges. |
