TURKEY CRUNCH CASSEROLE 
3 c. diced cooked turkey
2 boiled eggs, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
3/4 c. diced celery
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
Chow mein noodles or potato chips

Mix first 6 ingredients together. Stir soup and mayonnaise into mixture. Pour in 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle on topping of noodles or potato chips.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
